The Valley Kangaroo Rugby Club currently sponsors three under 19 youth clubs. They are; the Valley Joeys RFC, the Liberty HS Patriots, and as of this year, 2008, the Rainier Junior Rugby Club.
The Joeys are coached by veteran Valley players, Kyle Patrick, Justin, and Dave Heinen, with the help of Adam Brennan .
The Liberty Patriots are coached by the veteran Valley players and Coach, Jeff Candler, Keith Van Doren, Chris Brewer, Ami Fonua and Matt Young.
The Rainier Junior Rugby Club is coached by Veteran Valley Player Andy Ramsay.
The Pacific Northwest Rugby Football Union currently has twelve under 19 clubs represented for it's youth program. A winter meeting with the Union Representative and youth club coaches is held every year. It is at this meeting that new club can enter the youth program. The season is always in the Spring as to not interfere with American football in the Fall.
